Information on training. Source: Ministry of Forests and Fauna website
For several decades, training at ENEF has been geared towards training middle management for institutions and some private companies. Initial training, comprising three cycles including: cycle C, for technical agents of water and forests (ATEF, BEPC+2); cycle B1, for technicians of water and forests (TEF, Probatoire+2); cycle B2, for senior technicians of water and forests (TSEF, BACC+2) is still current and the training modules are designed to produce generalists. Yet in the DSCE (strategy document for growth and employment 2010-2020), one of the main strategic axes is to have vocational training geared towards producing convincing results. With this in mind, ENEF plans to develop the content of its training courses with a view to placing particular emphasis on skilled or specialised trades. The new training offer is in line with current needs. It will be made up of initial training, which remains the backbone of training at ENEF, well-structured continuing training for upgrading and retraining needs, and distance or sandwich training, given the installation of a mapping centre and the arrival of the Internet connection. This new offer will lead to reduced impact operations, the use of innovative rolex replica technologies and non-polluting energy production. Following the drafting of a strategic development plan, the study on the new training offering has led us to identify 16 skill clusters geared towards different professions, and the introduction of a works engineering cycle is also envisaged, as is the long-term introduction of Master 1 and 2 cycles.
